Our "Train First" Policy!

A 20% deposit holds your training date and protected territory until you complete training.   In the unlikely event you decide SNG is not for you during training, your deposit will be refunded.  We can easily make that offer because it never happens!!

Most franchise companies charge a percentage of gross income!   Some even charge additional amounts for training, materials, product, and advertising.   We charge a flat monthly fee.

Many franchise companies extend ownership for a limited period of time and then charge a renewal fee.  Most require performance at a certain level.  We do neither.  When you purchase a Stretch-n-Grow franchise, as long as you remain active, you own it with no renewal period or fee!  Our flat rate royalty allows you to determine how large or small you want your business to be.  If it is successful for you and your family, it’s successful!

Our corporate mission is to teach as many children as possible the fundamentals and importance of proper exercise and nutrition.
