STRETCH-N-GROW, FABULOUSLY FUN FITNESS FOR
KIDS! Stretch-n-Grow has taught well over one hundred thousand children since
1992 the importance of a healthy lifestyle. We make fitness fun and EXERCITING!
We are committed to helping educators and parents establish a foundation of
exercise and proper nutrition at an early age so they will continue to have good
health and fitness habits for life. We bring the fun to your facility, the kids
never have to leave the building! Here are a few of our program benefits:
Call or
email for a FREE DEMONSTRATION CLASS if you are affiliated with a child care center, preschool, after school program, mother's day out program or church! We continually strive to strengthen our program by regularly creating new and challenging routines that kids love. We have a vast library of songs and music that keep our program fresh and "exerciting" for our Stars!
What's a Stretch-n-Grow Class Like?
Our classes are done almost entirely to music - much like an adult group fitness class, yet the music and the exercises are age appropriate.
We begin each class by warming up to an exciting adventure story that kids love, we may take a trip through the jungle, go surfing out in the ocean or take a trip back to the time of dinosaurs.
Our happy heart songs enhance cardiovascular performance. Each child has his or her own piece of equipment and performs aerobic skills appropriate for their age level. Each child excels at their own pace and there is no waiting in line for a turn! Our goal is to keep the children in continual motion.
Resistance training is also included in our program. The children learn all of their major muscle groups, and they learn how to use them. Fun and imagination are the disguise for hard work and strength building. These exercises are both safe and effective! Teaching the children their muscles and functions is a Stretch-n-Grow signature. Even the toddlers know their gluteus maximus!
All classes end with a creative cool down where strength and flexibility are the goals. Children who are more flexible are less likely to become injured in any activity!
Regular handouts provide learning for children in areas of nutrition, safety, muscles, fitness and hygiene. Parents also receive newsletters letting them know what has been happening in our Stretch-n-Grow classes as well as offering family fitness tips and articles that pertain to raising healthy children.
In addition, all of our exercises are in compliance with the Youth Fitness Guidelines established by the American Fitness and Aerobics Association and American Council on Exercise - the two leading authorities in group fitness today!
Why Stretch-n-Grow is Needed

What Directors and
Parents have to say about us!
From a Director:
"A year ago Jackie Waters came into my office with an energetic smile and enthusiasm that was contagious about an exercise program called "Stretch-n-Grow." As we visited and discussed the program, I soon realized that she was just starting out with this venture, but as we talked I got caught up in her excitement of what this program could do for our center. At the time I did not know that I was her first sales call. Jackie has never missed a Tuesday, and the children look forward to her coming. She truly loves what she does. She gives 100% each and every time she arrives on campus, and to her it does not matter if she has 5 or 50. The center took a chance on her a year ago, and I am glad we did." Tina Miller, Director, Colquitt Christian Academy Preschool
From the Parents:
"I love that my child has another fitness class during the week. I work out at Schumpert fitness and he attends kid fit. He loves you and your class."
"My child has only had a few chances to attend this class - each time, however, he has said that he really likes it and wants to do it again. I would love to see my child "in action" in this class. It seems to be a lot of fast fun!"
"Thank-you."
